How To Sign Waivers

Use the directions below to sign your waiver. Waivers are required for Masthope Property Owner Ski Privileges, Season Passes, Tubing, and Rental Equipment transactions.

Waivers must be signed before your lift ticket/pass is valid. Do not wait until the day you wish to visit to sign your waivers. Plan ahead!

  • ANYONE 18 AND OLDER: Any customer 18 years old and older will need to login to their own account with their own email address.
  • Parents/Guardians of Children 18 and Older: Please advise adult children (18 and older) to set up their own accounts. They need their own account with their own unique email address to sign their own waiver.
  • CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18: A parent/legal guardian of the child will login themselves with their email address (the personal email address of the parent/legal guardian, NOT the child's email), and will then add children to their account under "Party Member" to sign waivers on behalf of the minor. Parents and legal guardians are the only ones permitted to sign waivers on a minor's behalf... no grandparents, please. Even if the parent/guardian is not the person accompanying the child on the snow, they still must sign their own child's waiver. For instructions on how to add a "Party Member" (children 17 and younger) to your account, click here.
  • ANYONE WHO RECENTLY TURNED 18 (SINCE LAST SEASON): Please email bigbear@ski-bigbear.com with YOUR email address, so we can update the email on file that is linked to your profile (as previously a parent/guardian email may have been applied to your profile, so they were previously able to sign waivers on your behalf.) Now, you will have your own account, and you are responsible for signing your own waivers.

Please note: If you are a returning customer, you do not need to create a new account. Log in using the email address and password you originally provided. Passwords can be reset on the login page.

After logging in, navigate to "My Account" at the top of the screen, then click on "Waivers."

Your name and any other party members under the age of 18 associated with you will appear in the "Associate" section dropdown. Select your name from the list, then click "Read and Sign" on the appropriate waiver. A new tab will open with a waiver. At the bottom of the waiver, type your name and "I Agree" in the appropriate boxes, then click "Confirm."

Repeat this process for each child under the age of 18 in your family affiliated/associated with your account until all applicable waivers are signed. (To select a child's name affiliated with you, click the arrow button in the right hand corner of the "Associate" box, shown below.)

If you do not see children listed in the drop down menu, please navigate to the "Party Members" tab of your account and click "Add New." From there, you can search for the child's profile by entering their webcode, which is printed on their lift ticket/pass.

After all waivers are signed, you can log out and we will see you on the snow!

If you are unable to sign your waiver...

Please email us at bigbear@ski-bigbear.com with your name, your birthdate and your email address.  Each adult must have their own unique email address. Please note that the office is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays except during the February holiday period. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible.
